ZOOS ARE LOVED BY HYPOCRITES

Zoo Berlin, Bronx Zoo, San Diego Zoo are known to be the most known and largest zoos in our planet . We seize their happiness to build ours ! That’s what zoos are all about . zoos normalize keeping animal in caged boxes for human satisfaction . We take our kids to zoos to bring a smile on their faces but in reality we are taking animals from their homes and families and locking them up in a four walled room. There is a dark side to it which we all ignore because they are “just” animals. When i was younger , i remember visiting a zoo and i remember as i was approaching a cage before i could spot the animals i spotted blood on the floor , then on the right was a hippopotamus helplessly laying next to the man made dirty lake .After that zoos have always been on my bad list.Yes it’s true as years have passed ,zoos have evolved also,meaning hygiene and medical care is better but at the end of the day we as humans have no right to interfere with a whole different creation of God!

We as humans are very selfish . As long as we are getting what we want to hell with what it takes for it to get to us .Baby animals in zoos means money. Babies are more preferred by the audience because they seem to enjoy and get more entertained by the little ones, but in the process the little ones are separated from their mothers after the breastfeeding period is over and separated and grown up by bottles and and man made heated rooms where as the mother falls into depression once she notices her babies missing and this cycle goes on and on. When animals are held in captivity it leads to boredom, confinement and stress. In general the more intelligent an animal is the more stress it faces ,and since we know that most of the intelligent animals are locked up in zoos like chimpanzees they are enduring a lot of stress.

Lets take an example of the current pandemic which has caused almost the whole wide world to be locked up in their houses for a short period of time. Not even a week passed and people are going crazy about being locked up between four walls . London has counted two murders within houses between couples as they are going psychos and cant handle being locked up in a house. We humans actually have comfort we need as humans in our houses as it is our natural habitat but it is still unbearable , as for these animals who can not speak for themselves we need to understand just like God made us with out rights f living he made them too with their equal rights of living.

But since raising your voice against is not enough , there are few things you can do at least for the animals that are held captive without their will.

. Give in your donations at least to make their life in the cages not s hard.

.If you notice an animal at the zoo with a behavior that is not ordinary then reach out to the staff to get help to the animals in need

.Ask your local zoo to phase out the display of sentient ,self aware animals ;example apes and elephants.

.If you notice an animal that is missing, or could have passed away ,try to find out what caused it , don’t let it get ignored.
